Yakima School District principals are joining Yakima Valley Partners Habitat for Humanity for a hands-on volunteer day on one of our active construction sites!
Throughout the day, volunteers will work alongside Habitat’s Construction team on tasks that support the progress of a Habitat home. No construction experience is necessary. Our team will provide instruction, tools, and guidance throughout the day.
This volunteer experience is an opportunity to step outside the school setting, work together in a new way, and see firsthand what it takes to build a home through partnership and community involvement. Every task completed helps move a future homeowner closer to the day they can call their Habitat house home.
