We are gearing up for our biggest night of the year, and we can’t pull it off without a dedicated crew behind the scenes. Whether you’re a social butterfly or a "get-it-done" worker bee, we have a spot for you! By lending a few hours of your time, you’ll be directly supporting our mission and ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience from the moment they pull into the lot.
Event Setup: Starting at 9am until noon - Assist with setting tables and ensuring the venue looks perfect before the first guest arrives.
Parking & Transport: Starting at 3:30pm until 6pm - Help guests find a spot and provide a "VIP" experience by whisking them from the parking lot to the venue on golf carts.
Post-Parking & Transport: Starting at 7:00pm until 10pm - Help guests back to their vehicles and guide them safely out of the parking lot.
Event Clean-up: Starting at 7:30pm until 10pm - Help us pack up and leave the venue sparkling once the festivities conclude.
